Return Policy

The team at Maple Radiance Skincare wants to ensure you are always happy with your order. If there is damage with your order, then we will replace/refund the product. 

If your product is damaged (e.g., cracked or broken), please reach out to us at mapleradianceskincare@gmail.com with necessary information and photographic/video evidence for investigation. 

If the box or packaging is damaged, we kindly ask that you send us a photo before opening it so we can fairly assess your claim. Rest assured that we’ll do all that we can to provide the best solution depending on each situation.

Please be aware that we package items as securely as possible but minimal dents/scuffing can be possible during courier shipment.


Can I cancel or change my order ?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders or change them once they have been placed on the website.

What if i have a reaction to the product?
If you believe you have experienced a reaction, we recommend seeking medical advice. Please contact us at mapleradianceskincare@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you with a partial refund for the inconvenience. Kindly note that, due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns of opened items.

How do I make a return?

Wait for our approval before sending back your products
Follow the instructions provided by email to return your products


When items are returnable?
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
In original condition and it's original packaging


What items are non-refundable?
Final sale/Clearance merchandise
Used or Opened items
Products that are not in their original packaging


Are there any charges for return?
Original shipping charges is non-refundable (including free shipping cost)*
There will be a $4.50 restocking fee for returned items
You are responsible for return shipping charges*
*Exceptions: for wrong product received or damaged product, all shipping costs will be covered and restocking fee will be waived


How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 12 business days.

Return instructions
Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email. Please use the box the items arrived in
Go to your local post office, or another courier, to ship the package
Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates
